Proudly Sponsored by: The Bottling Plant Event Center, located in downtown Opelika, Alabama, less than 10 miles from Auburn University’s campus, is a venue versatile enough of handling small seminars to intimate luncheons and dinner parties to large scale events up to 1,500 people.
In addition to hosting special events, we offer full-service off site catering. Our recently opened Wine Shop offers in stock selections, discounted cases, and custom orders of your favorite wines.
The Space
We couldn’t have asked for a better venue for this event. The Bottling Plant
Event Center is a perfect spot to host a variety of event needs. We are looking forward to hosting many more events in the future at The Bottling Plant.
Food & Beverages
The dinner offering was as follows:
Caesar Salad – Crisp hearts of romaine with parmesan cheese, garlic-herb croutons, red onion rings and house Caesar dressing.
Chicken with Herb Roasted Tomatoes and Pan Sauce – A pan sauce of roasted tomatoes, shallots, red wine vinegar, parsley and tarragon covers this pan-seared boneless chicken breast.
Sides – Sauteed Green Beans with roasted peppers and Rosemary Roasted Fingerling Potatoes
All meals included a choice of sweet and unsweet or water. Along with a yeast roll with butter.
A cash bar was provided for all attendees 21 years and older.
Decor
You can not go wrong when working with Bubbles Party Co. When we want a 
space to really “pop” with color, we immediately call them. The are an excellent addition for any of your party needs. Bubbles Party Co. created the perfect photo spot for that ever popular “Prom Pose”. Did you also know they have a Snapstand Photobooth? Yes! What a hit with our attendees. It was a wonderful way to capture fun images with dates and friends alike.

Entertainment and Activities
A special thank you to Rock n Roll Pinball. They brought in two machines for attendees to play all night long. There were competitions for who could get the highest score on each machine which resulted in two winners from the evening. What a fun activity! We can’t wait to visit Rock n Roll Pinball and keep up our pinball skills.
Will, with Folmar Entertainment had attendees on the dance floor all night long. With a wide variety of musical desires from attendees, he really knew how to keep the party going.

We are passionate about giving back to our community and we were honored to be working with AO Discover!, a local children’s museum and science center created to provide exceptional hands-on educational opportunities in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, and arts for children and families of East Alabama and beyond.
